Director of product and organizational development

Head of Innovation and Business Development
Ismail Konneh leads innovation strategy and business development, turning sustainable ideas into commercially viable products and strategic partnerships. He advances product development and fundraising while strengthening environmental impact through resilient, market-ready solutions.

Mamud Kamara
Community Outreach Coordinator
Mamud is responsible for mobilizing community involvement in waste management initiatives. With a passion for environmental education, he facilitates workshops and clean-up events, fostering strong relationships between Operation 232 and local communities.

Abdul Kareem Sesay
Operations Lead
Abdul Kareem oversees day-to-day operations and supports the implementation of community-based waste management and plastic transformation initiatives across Sierra Leone. He plays a key role in coordinating field activities, managing logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.
